Mangi Devi: of Jhoparia village, Rajasthan, was awarded the Dayawati Modi Stree Shakti Samman held at the Rotary Sadan, in Calcutta. The award was in recognition of her selfless contribution towards the empowerment of rural women in the backward areas of Cahsu and Phagi blocks of the Jaipur district of Rajasthan.
