To strengthen the status of Indian women in the country’s political scene, SHE LEADS presented the certificates to Rachna Kalra, Naresh Mudgal, Shikha Rai, Ritu Bhagat, Swati Jain, Nitika Arora, Priyadarshini Singh, Iram Rizwi and Jai Shree Jain on the completion of their training of aspiring political leaders on Monday, February 28th, 2022 at Multipurpose Hall, Kamala Devi Complex, India International Centre, 40 Max Mueller Marg, New Delhi.

Delhi’s Miranda House to start training course for aspiring women politicians
From April, Delhi University’s Miranda House is planning to start a three-month certificate programme for training young women interested in joining politics at the state and national levels. Principal Bijayalaxmi Nanda confirmed that the college was planning to offer the course to all interested students from the next academic session and will be the first one to do so.

She Leads: Politicians come together to train women to enter politics
The programme 'She Leads' designed by StreeShakti-The Parallel Force is a virtual training programme of 35 hours spreading over seven days and already it is into the second batch.
Supported by Chevening Alumni Project Fund (CAPF) and conducted also in collaboration with the Indian School of Democracy, Netri and Shakti, the programme has seen future women leaders getting guidance from former Uttarkhand Governor and ex-Congress Union Minister Margaret Alva, former Congress MP Rajeev Gowda, BJP's Lok Sabha MP Heena Gavit and Samajwadi Party spokesperson Ghanshyam Tiwari.
